How Can I Take Care Of My Human Hair Wig?

Oftentimes depending on the type of wigs you buy, these can look really realistic and feel realistic. Some options you might be looking at are European hair wigs, Remy wigs, and ponytail wigs.

For the most part, your wig should be washed at least once a week. First off you need to comb the wig gently - be sure not to pull any hair out, but use the comb to remove knots and tangles.

Second step is to fill a bowl with cold or lukewarm water and add two tablespoons of shampoo into the water. You should then submerge the wig into the water and softly swish the wig around in the water to clean the wig. Make sure you also scrub the wig cap to remove any oils or dirt as well. Remove the wig and gently squeeze out the excess water and place the wig on the holder. Make sure you re-add water to the bowl and place the wig back in to get rid of all the shampoo!

You can either let this dry on its own, in the sun, or you can use your dryer on a very low setting to dry the wig. Once everything is dry, then you can comb and style it the way you want to! Always make sure when you aren't wearing the wig that you place it on the form! Wig accessories and human hair wigs can be found on our product website at www.MCwigs.com!

Just away from dust and don't wear it whenever you don't have need.
Put it into a safe location which may be like a box or dress table.
